Select the items and quantity you wish to return from the relevant sales order.

Please select the number of return shipping labels you require. *Please note that a $7.99 handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount for each return shipping label requested.

Please select the correct reason for returning the items.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct. If incorrect, please update it to the correct shipping address.

Select your preferred UPS return shipping method and submit.

All returns require a return authorization number, which must be written on the outside of the return package. Please use our online returns portal to request a return authorization number and prepaid UPS return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned items must be delivered within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Please return the items using the same method as when they were shipped. All items must be in brand new condition, in their original packaging, and returned in a shipping bag. For returned shoes, please place the shoebox in another shipping box or bag. Returned items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Return processing time is currently 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Please log in to our online returns portal. If you need to exchange for the same item, simply contact our customer service team to place a new order. We will charge for the new item and your chosen shipping method. Once we have processed your return authorization, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item to your original payment account. If you paid using a gift card or other unusable bank card, we will not be able to refund your credit card. All refunds will be directly returned to the original payment account used at checkout.

Custom-made items are made specifically for you and are therefore not returnable. Custom-made items are not returnable if the final color does not match the color shown in the confirmed sample or the color of other items ordered.

Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.

All return authorizations exceeding $250 will incur a 15% restocking fee.
